Maple Seed Earrings
There is a particular joy that belongs to childhood — picking up a maple seed, holding it overhead, and releasing it to spin lazily earthward like a tiny helicopter. That pleasure never entirely leaves. These earrings are a quiet celebration of it.
Each earring is formed from fine silver, shaped through chasing and repoussé to capture the gentle curve and dimensional fullness of an actual maple seed. The surface carries a faint organic texture that catches light softly, evoking the papery delicacy of the seed's wing without mimicking it too literally. They hang from the ear on a French wire, moving with the same easy lightness as the seeds they recall.
Double Maple Seed Earrings
The double seed earrings present the maple's characteristic paired form — two seeds joined at the stem, just as they fall from the tree. Each pair is formed in fine silver and may be embellished with 24-karat yellow gold upon request, bringing the warmth of the gold version to this double form.
Approximately 1½" in length | Fine silver | French wire
PRICE: $185.00
Single Maple Seed Earrings — Keum-boo
The single seed earrings are finished using Keum-boo, an ancient Korean metalworking technique in which 24-karat yellow gold foil is fused directly and permanently onto fine silver through heat and pressure — no adhesives, no sealants, simply metal bonded to metal at the molecular level. The result is a rich, deeply warm gold surface with the fine silver's characteristic softness beneath.
PRICE UPON REQUEST AS THE GOLD MARKET FLUCTUATES DAILY
Approximately 1½" in length | Fine silver with 24-karat yellow gold | French wire
