MARCH 22-23, 2013  ANODIZING REACTIVE METALS

Bill Seeley of Reactive Metalswill be at the studio on Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23 instructing a class in ANODIZING REACTIVE METALS.   Bill is no stranger to Kansas City and the area as he is a graduate of the University of Kansas, Lawrence, KS.

Bill will also present a short lecture and Meet & Greet at the Kansas City Artists Coalition on Wednesday evening, March 20 from 6-8pm .   The Coalition is located at 201 Wyandotte, Kansas City, MO  64105 just north of downtown Kansas City, MO in the historic Rivermarket Area. 

 

JUNE 14-16, 2013  SOME LIKE IT HOT, TORCH FIRED ENAMELS

Anne Havel will be at the studio on Friday, June 14 through Sunday, June 16 instructing a class in Torch Fired Enamels.  We have a FULL class and are excited to have her in Kansas City. 

Anne will present a short lecture and Meet & Greet at the Kansas City Artists Coalition on Thursday evening, June 13 from 6-8pm.  The Coalition is located at 201 Wyandotte, Kansas City, MO  64105 just north of downtown Kansas City, MO in the historic Rivermarket Area.

 

JUNE 24-28, 2013  CHASING AND REPOUSSE THE ITALIAN WAY

Fabrizio Acquafresca will once again be at the studio teaching his Italian style of repousse on Monday June 24-28.  We have a FULL class and it is sure to be a fun one!

JULY 12-14, 2013  HINGES AND ARTICULATIONS

Fred Zweig will be in the studio on July 12-14 to instruct us on how to make hinges and other ways of connecting.

SEPTEMBER 16-20, 2013  URBAN ARMOUR: IRON JEWELRY

Chris Nelson will be in the studio on Monday, September 16-20 to instruct a class on working in ferrous metals for jewelry.  Along with a demo on how to fuse gold to the surface of the iron piece.

Chris will present a short lecture and Meet & Greet at the Kansas City Artists Coalition on Thursday evening, September 19 from 6-8pm.  The Coalition is located at 201 Wyandotte, Kansas City, MO  64105 just north of downtown Kansas City, MO in the historic Rivermarket Area.
